My Boards Project
The boards project is a very special project for students that are preparing to graduate from UAT. It allows us to show off our projects that we have been working on and cumulating during our time at UAT. It also allows us to show future employers what we have done and what we are able to do in the industry. Each degree has six different degree specific objectives that we must prove mastery over through our work and projects at UAT.
Demonstrate the ability to create and document technology strategies and product development plans.
Demonstrate the ability to assemble resources and infrastructure needed to successfully take technologies to market.
Demonstrate capacity to apply lean/agile approaches in the development of organizational mission, strategy and technology product development.
Demonstrate baseline knowledge of business operational elements.
Demonstrate competency in leading technology teams.
Generate and visualize data for use as decision making analytics that metric and communicate organizational performance.
