Objective 5: Demonstrate competency in leading technology teams.

Project 1:

For this first project I chose to use one from my management class. In this project we had to put ourselves in the shoes of a new manager taking over a sales manager role, the team has 12 members, 6 that are tenured and 6 that are not. I had to write up a plan for the first 30 days and the first 60 days, including what I want to accomplish and what my plan is to accomplish.

Project 2:

For the next project in this objective I chose to use my internship as a project manager again. This is because during this internship I was in charge of multiple people, the timeline of the project, meeting with both the team and the leader of the company, and writing up weekly reports on the project and the team.
