Objective 3: Demonstrate capacity to apply lean/agile approaches in the development of organizational mission, strategy and technology product development.

Project 1:

Project Management Intern at Grab the Axe. I was in charge of creating a timeline and providing a lean/agile approach towards the project. This was in order to manage a team and ensure the project was done on time in a succesful manner.

Project 2:

Roller Coaster building project. For this project I created a timeline for which a new roller coaster was going to be built. I also put together a gold card sheet explaining the timeline of the construction and the cost of everything.
